Dion DuPree

Co-Founder & CEO, SmartLever Solutions

Dion DuPree is Co-Founder and CEO of SmartLever Solutions, the managed AI automation company for field service businesses. He leads sales, client relationships, and product strategy, and spends most of his time with owners and operators diagnosing where manual office work is costing them money. Before founding SmartLever he worked in AI automation, software engineering, and platform support, including a stint at SimpliGov, where he and his twin brother, DeVon DuPree, ran the support team together. He is completing an MBA at Sacramento State, and co-founded SmartLever with Jacob Squires after the two met through the 2026 Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy, where their team, which also included DeVon, won Best in Showcase and Best Business Plan.
