Send the quote before competitors

SmartLever Solutions helps field service businesses quote faster, so more of the work you bid turns into booked jobs. We build the automation around how your team already prices, then we manage the system as your business and processes change.

You’re losing out on work that should be yours

Every quote starts as information somebody has to chase. The site photos are on a technician’s phone, the measurements are in a notebook, and the job scope is buried in an email thread. By the time the quote is assembled, priced, and proofread, the customer has already heard back from two other companies.

Inputs arrive in pieces

Photos, measurements, and job notes land in various different places, and somebody has to reassemble them before pricing can even start.

Estimators spend the day typing

Your most experienced people retype line items instead of pricing work and winning it. This is the most expensive data entry in the business.

Sent quotes go quiet

It’s hard to remember when to follow up. Quotes that you could still close expire on their own while everyone is busy with the next job.

How SmartLever improves quoting speed

We build our automations around the way your team already works, connect to the software tools you already use, and track the metrics that guide profitability gains.

Win more jobs with the same team

Quotes go out the same day your crew leaves the site, drafted and priced before your estimator sits down. Nothing you send goes unfollowed, and nothing waits on somebody remembering. Your team is the same size it was last quarter, winning more of the work it bids.

  • Free revenue recovery session before any commitment
  • Custom automations built and managed for you
  • Live dashboards for cost, workload, and savings
  • Your team approves critical actions
  • A system that sharpens with every correction
  • Your data stays yours with clear exit terms

Integrate with the software you already use

“What stood out most about SmartLever was their ability to truly understand the problem we were trying to solve, while helping us see possibilities we hadn’t initially considered. They built an AI-powered lead generation system that dramatically reduced the time our team spends researching prospects and allowed us to redirect that time toward what matters most: connecting with prospective clients and building relationships. I would highly recommend SmartLever to any organization looking to leverage AI and automation to create greater efficiency, expand market reach, and accelerate growth.”

FAQs

Frequently asked questions about the speed-to-quote automation.

No. We connect to your current software tools and design our automations to create the least amount of internal friction as possible. Your CRM, field service platform, accounting software, and other tools can be used exactly as they currently are, while our automations automate the work between these systems. Replacing your system of record is almost never the right move.

We start from your existing catalog, rate sheets, and recent quotes, so the first drafts already reflect how you price. From there, every edit your estimator makes on approval is a signal, and the drafts get closer to what you would have written yourself.

The automation drafts the results and your team decides whether to approve the next action or not. The approval step keeps a human accountable for the final results, while also making the system more accurate over time. Your estimators start the morning with a queue of drafted quotes waiting on approval instead of a blank document.

We start with one automation instead of automating everything at once. During onboarding we agree on one specific, measurable outcome for the automation and a 90-day window. If we have not hit that number within 90 days of launch, we keep building and refining at no additional cost in service hours until we hit it.

We do. Keeping the integrations working is our job, not something that lands on your office manager. If a vendor changes an API or something breaks overnight, we fix it before it becomes your problem. You get a status update from us every week, and every quarter we go through what the automations returned for the business. Your dashboards stay live the whole time, so you can check valuable metrics yourself whenever you want to know whether it is still worth paying for.

Field service businesses that quote custom work. HVAC and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, restoration and reconstruction, roofing and exteriors, and specialty and commercial contractors. If your quotes depend on what somebody saw at the site, this fits. It is the only industry we build for, which is why the flow fits the way your trade quotes instead of arriving as a generic template.

Pricing has two parts. You buy a bucket of service hours to build the automation, then a monthly subscription once it is live and we are running it for you. What that adds up to depends on what we build, so the number comes out of a consultation instead of a price list. The consultation is free, and you leave it knowing what slow quoting is costing you right now in lost work and wasted estimator hours. We only move forward once you can see you will recover more than you pay us. Once you do, we build the dashboard that tracks your first automation at no extra cost.

Your data is yours the whole time, and it stays yours when you leave. The exit terms are agreed at the start, so you are not negotiating them at the point you want out. We want you to stay because the automations are working, not because leaving would be a hassle.
