What we collect
- Consultation and lead forms: When you book a consultation or submit lead information, we collect the fields you provide (for example name, company, email, phone, and any details you add). We use these to schedule meetings, respond to you, and manage our sales and CRM processes.
- Chat assistant: Messages you send to our on-site assistant may be processed by our systems (including AI models and related infrastructure) to generate replies. We may store transcripts for a limited time to improve responses, troubleshoot issues, and support sales follow-up, consistent with how we describe this in the chat notice.
- Optional chat context: You may share business context (for example company size, challenges, or goals). We use that to tailor the conversation and, when you submit a form or booking, to pass relevant context to our team and systems.
- Technical data: Like most sites, we receive basic technical information when you visit (for example browser type, general location derived from IP where applicable, and pages viewed) through our hosting and, when you opt in, analytics tools.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate the site, provide the chat assistant, schedule and deliver consultations, sync leads with our CRM (such as Attio), work with our scheduling provider (such as Calendly) when you book a time, and communicate with you about SmartLever services. We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers who process data on our behalf under contract and only for the purposes we describe.
Chat transcripts and session storage
To connect a conversation with a later form submission, we may store certain chat-related data in your browser (for example session storage) so our backend can attach context when you book or submit a lead. That storage is scoped to your browser session as described in our chat notice. Retention of transcripts and CRM records on our side follows our internal policies and what we configure with our vendors.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and local storage where needed for the site to function. When we offer optional analytics or similar tools, we will ask for your consent before enabling non-essential tracking, and we will respect the choice you make in our cookie banner.
